The company offers a refund of the purchased product within 10 days of the date appearing on the market of the product, if you are not happy, or for any other reason. The Company is willing to accept the product back, you change it with another of your choice, to grant you a credit for the amount of the value of product you can use over another you purchase from the Company, or return your its value for money, all based on its value as returned product.
Before returning the product, you should contact the company store, having available the following information: customer name, date and number of the original sales document, serial number of the product and the reason for return, or a description of the problem. The total transport cost of shipping / return (to and from) will be paying entirely by the customer.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, with all the extra materials (such as handbooks / cables etc.) And with the original sales document.
